THE SWORD OF TOTSUKA

The Sword of Totsuka, also known as the Sakegari Longsword, Sakegari no Tachi; Literally meaning "Sake Cutter Longsword"), is a variant of the Sword of Kusanagi. It is sheathed in a sake jar; the blade is actually the liquid inside the gourd that is released and shaped, rather than a conventional sword. It is an ethereal weapon with an enchanted blade capable of sealing anything it pierces. Those who are stabbed by the sword are drawn into the jar and trapped in a genjutsu-like "world of drunken dreams" for all eternity; by extension, Itachi also managed to remove the Cursed Seal of Heaven from Sasuke by stabbing and removing Orochimaru from Sasuke's body. It can also cut through objects like a normal blade, thereby giving the wielder great versatility in his attacks. Orochimaru sought the sword for all his life and Zetsu commented that he could never find it.
Along with the Yata Mirror, the Sword of Totsuka is a weapon Itachi equipped to his Susanoo with the gourd being held by a third hand growing from its right forearm, while the actual blade is wielded by its right hand. Together, they were said to have made Itachi essentially invincible

THE YATA MIRROR
The Yata Mirror was equipped to Itachi's Susanoo, in its left hand and, is considered one of the three sacred treasures. It is said to be endowed with all nature transformations and as such changes its own characteristics to completely negate any opposition. Zetsu claimed that this, combined with the Sword of Totsuka held in its right hand, essentially made Itachi's Susanoo invincible.

SWORD OF KUSANAGI

The Kusanagi Sword is the Kusanagi of Japanese legend. Orochimaru retrieves his Kusanagi by opening his mouth and extending a snake which then opens its mouth and produces the sword. Orochimaru was seen producing the sword handle first so he could use it freely, or blade first to attack his opponent instantly.
The sword can quickly extend and retract its blade to attack from long distances, be controlled telekinetically according to Orochimaru's command, and cut through almost anything. Even Enma, who is able to transform into a diamond-hard staff, noted that the Kusanagi blade would leave him considerably sore. It should be noted that Orochimaru's Kusanagi could not pierce Naruto Uzumaki's four-tailed form. The sword has been seen transforming into a small snake and returning to Orochimaru.
After Orochimaru re-emerged from Sasuke Uchiha through his Eight Branches Technique, he was sealed by Itachi Uchiha's Sword of Totsuka, the Kusanagi was subsequently sealed with him. As he was brought back via the Evil Releasing Method , the fate of the sword is unknown.
